  • How far out or last minute can I book?
    We can accept bookings within minimum time frames as long as we can guarantee on time delivery. In some cases, we can even arrange a local courier. We also offer a customer pick up and drop off service at a cheaper price, so contact us to see what we can do for you.
  • Can I book Congrats Chats for an event anywhere in Australia?
    Yes you 100% can! Every event deserves an Audio Guest Book! Delivery and return shipping Australia-wide is included in your hire. We also have a Melbourne Metro pick up and drop off option for those customers wanting to save postage costs.
  • Can I cancel or change my booking?
    You can certainly change your booking date or chosen style of Congrats Chats Audio Guest Book as long as we have stock and availability. There is no charge for this, and this is subject to availability. You can cancel your booking 30 days or more prior to your event date and you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your booking within 29 to 12 days prior to your event date you will receive a 50% refund. Cancelation or booking changes are not possible within 12 days of your wedding date as the dispatch and upload process for your order will have begun. No refund or credit can be issued in this instance.
  • How do I set up my Congrats Chats Audio Guestbook?
    Take it out of the heavy-duty delivery case and turn it on. Some models will be fully charged, and some will come with new batteries to insert. Once turned on, guests only need to pick up the phone and leave a message after hearing your greeting. You will still receive set-up instructions and we are available for phone support 7 days a week by calling 0424466182.
  • How do I record my personal greeting?
    You can simply record using any device and we will load it into your Congrats Chats Audio Guest Book prior to sending. You can either email us or send your voice recording via WhatsApp, Messenger, or voice mail. You can record and submit as many as you like and we will load the latest recording you submit. We also have some fun tips to share to make sure you record the best greeting possible!! You have up until 10 days prior to your wedding date to record and submit your personalised greeting. We will also send back up instructions should you wish to update it at the event.
  • How will my guests know how to leave a message?
    Your Congrats Chats Audio Guest Book is delivered with awesome ‘How to leave a message’ signage. It's also a great Idea to ask your MC to introduce it at the event!
  • Will my Congrats Chats Audio Guest Book be delivered on time?
    Absolutely! Your Audio Guest Book will be delivered at least 3 days prior to your event date. We dispatch your Audio Guest Book some 8 days prior to the event date to ensure early arrival. In most cases you will receive your Audio Guest Book up to 5 days prior to your event date.
  • How do I return my Audio Guest Book at the end of my hire?
    Simply place your Audio Guest Book in the prepaid postal satchel provided and drop at your nearest post office. You will need to drop off your Audio Guest Book within 3 days following your event date.
  • How do I receive my Congrats Chats Audio Guest Book?
    Via Australian post or courier to the delivery address you provided when booking. You receive your Audio Guest Book at least 3 days prior to your event date. It will be packed in a shock proof travel case with foam inserts to ensure safe delivery. Delivery is fast and fee Australia Wide!
  • When will I receive my voice message gallery?
    Once we have received your Audio Guest Book, you can expect to receive your gallery within 48 hours. We will send a link via Dropbox that is valid for 14 days to download all of your messages. We can also send all files Via USB in the mail. You can request either.
  • How long can Congrats Chats record voice messages for my event?
    Congrats Chats has a recording memory of 100 hours. If each voice message is 2 minutes long, we can accommodate up to 3,000 voice messages for your event. However, we strongly suggest keeping messages brief and to the point, allowing more guests to leave messages for the happy couple without running out of memory. Our team will work with you to ensure that the recording process runs smoothly and that all of your guests have the opportunity to leave a special message for the event.
