You can certainly change your booking date or chosen style of Congrats Chats Audio Guest Book as long as we have stock and availability. There is no charge for this, and this is subject to availability.
You can cancel your booking 30 days or more prior to your event date and you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your booking within 29 to 12 days prior to your event date you will receive a 50% refund. Cancelation or booking changes are not possible within 12 days of your wedding date as the dispatch and upload process for your order will have begun. No refund or credit can be issued in this instance.

Delivery and return shipping Australia-wide is included in your hire. We also have a Melbourne Metro pick up and drop off option for those customers wanting to save postage costs.
